The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) successfully conducted the Overseas Scholarship Scheme (OSS) Interviews from 7th to 17th April 2026 across the six geopolitical zones.
The exercise brought together a diverse pool of qualified candidates who underwent a structured and merit-based assessment process, reflecting the Fund’s continued commitment to developing high-level human capacity for Nigeria’s energy sector.
To further reinforce the credibility and transparency of the exercise, officials from the Federal Character Commission were present at all centres, ensuring strict adherence to fairness and due process.
Beyond the interviews, the exercise represents another significant step in identifying and nurturing the next generation of professionals who will contribute meaningfully to the advancement of Nigeria’s energy industry.
