Invitation To Collect Tender Documents

INFRASTRUCTURAL WORKS AND EQUIPMENT FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF SECONDARY SCHOOL AT OKERENKOKO AND PRIMARY SCHOOL AT OPOROZA COMMUNUITIES DELTA STATE

The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) wishes to inform the general public that sequel to its invitation for pre-qualification of prospective contractors for infrastructural works and equipment for the establishment of Secondary School at Okerenkoko and Primary School at Oporoza Communities of Delta State published in the Fund’s Website, Daily Trust of June 29, 2010, Leadership of June 30, 2010, Vanguard of July 1, 2010 respectively, prospective Contractors are hereby notified to visit the Fund’s website to check for the names of short listed/pre-qualified companies.

2.0. The short-listed companies are hereby invited to pick up tender documents at No. 7B Isaac Boro Street, Old GRA, Port Harcourt, Rivers State from Monday 8^th November, 2010 – Monday 22^nd November, 2010 upon payment of a non-refundable fee in form of Bank Draft as applicable to the Lots stated below:

Category A – N50, 000.00

Category B – N70, 000.00

Completed tender documents should be properly sealed in an envelope and marked with relevant tender Lot on the left hand corner of the envelope addressed to:

PTDF TENDERS BOARD,

PETROLEUM TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT FUND,

PLOT 672, PORT HARCOURT CRESCENT, OFF GIMBIYA STREET,

AREA 11, GARKI, ABUJA.

To reach him on or before 12:00noon on 24^th November, 2010. The tenders will be opened by 2:00pm the same day at a venue to be announced later.

All enquiries on tender are to be directed to THE SECRETARY, PTDF TENDERS BOARD.

The invitation to tender is restricted to only the above listed companies that have been pre-qualified in the various categories. The PTDF is not committed nor obligated to award any form(s) of the contract based on this invitation.
